Our Ladders have Legs
Branach’s award-winning Terrain Master™ sets the Stability benchmark.
Ladder stability is fundamental to falls prevention. In fact, stability failure is the number one cause of accidents involving ladders, through base slip, movement of the top of the ladder and sideways tipping.
That’s why we made it our mission to design and engineer a better stability solution.
Having spent many years closely studying how ladders are used in real workplace environments, we set our sights on conquering the primary contributing factor for stability incidents – variable terrain.
It was clear that a solution was needed to combat the challenges of working on uneven surfaces. With this in mind, we focused our R&D effort to design and engineer a ladder stabilising base that would provide a more stable footing, without compromising ladder mobility and portability.
Enter the Branach Terrain Master™
Branach’s patented Terrain Master™ has been specifically designed to provide unprecedented safety when working on uneven ground through providing optimal ladder stabilization. The stabilizing base can be used in conjunction with any Branach single and extension ladder series, or platform ladders, to provide unparalleled strength and stability.
The system’s innovative and compact design features dual leg lengths that can be independently adjusted, enabling a base extension of up to 1.3 metres (up to three times the ladder footing). The retractable leg lengths fold within the profile of the ladder, ensuring that ladder portability and mobility are not compromised. Lightweight and easy to use, the terrain stabilizer ensures a stable footing, eliminating lateral twist and sideways movement.
The Terrain Master™ exceeds best-practice standards for ladder safety, and is aligned to requirements under the new EN131-7 Standards mandating minimum base width requirements.
You can’t work on a Safer Ladder.
